Psychological Autopsies/Suicide Reviews

When a life is lost to suicide, questions often remain. Our psychological autopsy services provide families, clinicians, legal professionals, and institutions with a compassionate and thorough reconstruction of the deceased’s mental health, life circumstances, and potential contributing factors.
Rooted in clinical expertise and trauma-informed care, this process aims to bring clarity, support grieving, inform prevention efforts, and, when needed, assist in legal or policy-related matters. Every autopsy is conducted with deep respect for the individual and those left behind.
