Compassionate Support Across the Spectrum of Suicidality
For every life touched by suicide and suicidality - there is support, there is help, there is hope.
Our Services
We provide expert consultation for clinicians, attorneys, organizations, and community leaders who want to deepen their understanding of suicide-related concerns. Whether you're navigating a complex clinical case, designing a prevention program, or seeking guidance after a suicide-related loss, we offer informed, compassionate support grounded in research and experience.
Consultations
We offer comprehensive psychological evaluations with a focus on suicide risk, trauma history, and mental health diagnostics. Our assessments are used to inform treatment planning, clarify clinical needs, and provide clear recommendations for individuals, families, and referring providers.
Psychological Assessments
Psychological Autopsies
When a life is lost to suicide, questions often remain. Our psychological autopsy services provide families, clinicians, legal professionals, and institutions with a compassionate and thorough reconstruction of the deceased’s mental health, life circumstances, and potential contributing factors.
Rooted in clinical expertise and trauma-informed care, this process aims to bring clarity, support grieving, inform prevention efforts, and, when needed, assist in legal or policy-related matters. Every autopsy is conducted with deep respect for the individual and those left behind.
Clinical Supervision
For licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals, we offer reflective and collaborative supervision focused on building competence and confidence in working with suicidality. Supervision includes case formulation, suicide risk assessment and management, countertransference support, and integration of trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. We create a safe space for clinicians to grow and stay grounded in this challenging area of work.
Training and Education
We offer professional and community-based training focused on deepening understanding of suicidality in all its forms. Our workshops and continuing education programs are designed for mental health clinicians, medical professionals, educators, and anyone in a professional role.
Training topics include:
Suicide risk assessment and safety planning
Psychological autopsy methodology
Working with clients who experience chronic suicidal thoughts
Addressing suicidality in the context of psychedelic-assisted therapy
Postvention and grief support for suicide loss
Trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches to care
Each training combines research-based frameworks with real-world application, delivered with warmth, humility, and a deep respect for those impacted by suicide.
Therapy
We offer individual therapy for those living with suicidal thoughts, those navigating life after a suicide attempt, and individuals grieving a suicide loss. Therapy sessions are tailored to each person’s experience and can include evidence-based approaches, meaning-making practices, and spiritual or existential exploration when desired.
We also support clients integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness—such as those experienced in psychedelic therapy—in relation to suicidality, trauma, and transformation. Healing begins with being seen, heard, and understood.
Community Education
Conversations about suicide belong not only in therapy rooms, but also in classrooms, places of worship, workplaces, and families. We offer community-based educational events and workshops that foster understanding, reduce stigma, and empower individuals to support one another.
Our programs are designed to meet people where they are—accessible, culturally responsive, and grounded in real-life experience. Whether you're a school administrator, faith leader, parent, or peer, we offer tools and language to help you talk about suicide with courage and compassion.
